Content, interaction and the familiar roleplays did largely exceed our expectations. In collaboration with the coaches, we developed a tailormade program for the storemanagers. This approach proved professionalism and empathy towards our business. As a result of these workshops, we managed to achieve an improved customer satisfaction as reflected in our NPS.
