The THOS team did impact our professionals during the Reality Circle Program. They had discussion with our (Sales) management about the focus of the workshop not only prior but also afterwards, and this on a regular basis. In between the sessions they also provided us with lots of feedback and recommendations and they fine-tuned the content of the next sessions to make them more BDO-specific. They never missed a chance to show their enthusiasm and to communicate their messages in a clear way.
